My name is Adam Winegarden, I have been an Assistant Coach, Head Coach, Director of Football, or Athletic Director for the past 20 years. My coaching journey has placed me in several different school settings. My career has taught me many valuable lessons through different factors, situations, and circumstances. I want to use these experiences to give encouragement, guidance, and professional value. Coach AW LLC encompasses “Lessons From The Goalpost”, C.O.R.E. “Lessons From The Goalpost” is a blog series and book directed toward leaders of schools, athletic fields, or any relationship business. We are all on the same TEAM and on a mission of a greater purpose. All information is designed for Personal Value, Building Relationships, Maximizing Individual/Team Performance , & Total Culture Development. Our mission is for these messages to bring you personal encouragement and value in team oriented insight.  We have a great responsibility in our everyday influence and should sharpen each other in the pursuit.  You have a “Unique Journey” that has specifically shaped you for ‘Impact”. This program gives a process of streamlining your mission to maximize resources, connect all involved, and develop the “whole player”.  This will help give an intentional mindset to increase the value of all Stakeholders and the “7 Areas of an Athletic Program”. The more we can help build our programs, the greater impact and experience for the young people we serve. The goal is to operate a program at its highest level with the belief that great teams will follow.
