Adam Winegarden has been in your shoes
Coach Winegarden has spent 25 years as an assistant coach, head coach, director of leadership, and athletic director across multiple school settings. He has walked into locker rooms, sat in difficult conversations, built programs from scratch, and watched young people grow into leaders of their own.
He did not write this book from a distance. He wrote it from the sideline, the hallway, the film room, and the quiet moments after a hard loss when character gets built whether anyone is watching or not.
